Official Rules – 1977 Hydro Sanger Jet Boat Giveaway
1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the contiguous United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Residents of Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the sponsor are not eligible to win.

Past winners of SMYBH LLC giveaways are not eligible to win in consecutive giveaways (no back-to-back wins).

2. How to Enter
A total of 750 entries are available.

Entry is obtained by purchasing a giveaway t-shirt for $100 (includes one entry).

No limit to the number of entries per person, while supplies last.

All entries must be received before the giveaway closes.

3. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a 1977 Hydro Sanger Jet Boat equipped with a 468 engine and Berkeley Jet Pump.

Prize is awarded as-is, with no warranties expressed or implied.

All taxes, fees, registration, and legal boating licenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.

4. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries once all 750 spots are filled.

Drawing will be conducted live (or recorded for transparency).

Winner will be notified via the contact information provided at entry. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

5. Prize Delivery
Winner must pick up the prize in Atascadero, California within 30 days of notification.

No delivery, shipping, or transport is provided.

6. Liability & Safety Disclaimer
This boat is a high-performance race vehicle, not a recreational toy. It must be handled with proper training, protective equipment, and U.S. Coast Guard-approved personal flotation devices (PFAs).

SMYBH LLC is not liable for any accidents, injuries, deaths, or property damage that may occur before, during, or after ownership of the boat.

Winner assumes full responsibility for safe operation and compliance with all applicable laws.

7. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of SMYBH LLC, which are final.

SMYBH LLC reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the boat becomes unavailable for any reason.

SMYBH LLC is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or technical failures that prevent entry.
