This Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by SMYBH LLC (“Sponsor”), located at PO BOX . This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Shopify, or any other third-party platform. By participating, each entrant (“Entrant”) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. The Promotion is void in New York, Florida, Rhode Island, and in any jurisdiction where registration, bonding, or regulatory compliance is required and has not been satisfied, or where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, distributors, and immediate family members or household members of such individuals are not eligible to participate. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.
The Promotion begins on April 20, 2026 at 12:00 AM PST and ends on May 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer shall be the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.
Entrants may enter either by making a qualifying purchase through Sponsor’s website, where entries are awarded based on purchase amount and promotional multipliers may apply at Sponsor’s sole discretion, or by an alternative method of entry (“AMOE”) without purchase. To enter via AMOE, Entrants must complete the official online entry form provided by Sponsor and upload a clear image of a handwritten submission including their full legal name, mailing address, email address, and any required unique code. Each submission must be created individually and must comply with all instructions provided. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, or that exceed any stated limits, are void. Sponsor reserves the right to audit and verify all entries. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the entry process will result in disqualification.
One (1) winner will receive a Vintage 19’ Nordic Pickle Fork High Performance Jet Boat (the “Vessel”) with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $20,000. The Vessel is a used, vintage, high-performance watercraft and is awarded strictly AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, safety, seaworthiness, or mechanical condition. The Vessel may contain known or unknown defects, including mechanical, structural, or cosmetic issues. By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges and accepts the Vessel in its current condition.
The winner acknowledges that the Vessel is a race-style, high-performance watercraft not intended for inexperienced operators. Operation of the Vessel involves inherent risks including serious injury, death, or property damage. By accepting the prize, the winner affirms they possess the skill and experience necessary to safely operate such a Vessel and assumes all risks associated with its operation, transport, storage, maintenance, and use. The winner is strongly encouraged to have the Vessel inspected by a qualified marine mechanic prior to operation. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for the safety or operational condition of the Vessel.
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about May 21, 2026 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via the contact information provided at entry and must respond within five (5) days or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, as well as all costs and expenses associated with the acceptance, transfer, registration, insurance, transportation, and use of the Vessel. The winner must provide valid government-issued identification and comply with all applicable laws regarding ownership and operation of the Vessel. The winner is responsible for registering the Vessel with the appropriate state authority if required by law. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 as required.
Any Entrant who initiates a chargeback, dispute, or reversal related to a purchase associated with entries will have all entries voided and may be disqualified from the Promotion and future promotions. Sponsor reserves the right to pursue any legal remedies available.
Sponsor is not responsible for any technical failures, including but not limited to website outages, server errors, payment processing issues, or lost, late, misdirected, or corrupted entries. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or any event beyond Sponsor’s control that affects the integrity of the Promotion.
By participating, Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless SMYBH LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage. Entrants further agree that Sponsor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, and any liability shall not exceed the value of the prize.
Except where prohibited, Entrants agree that all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of California. Entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and agree that any claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses not to exceed five dollars ($5.00), where permitted by law.
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, image, voice, and city/state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
